Aero-bars are absolutely essential for fast mixed surface riding like the Tour Divide.
A shorter reach than the Sleeper frame offers the opportunity for your upper body to “stack” your elbows at 90 degrees on the aero-bar pads. Reducing fatigue to help you keep pedaling. -
80mm suspension forks will mostly preserve the geometry.
100mm suspension forks will slightly slacken the HTA and STA, and raise the BB a few millimeters.

I like to run this bike with 2.25” XC tires, like Maxxis Ikons; for the forest service roads in North Carolina. But it’ll easily clear 2.4” tires if you want to venture into rougher territories.
